Q. Opening Hours. Rick Shores is closed on Mondays. The kitchen closes daily from 4:30pm-5:30pm but the venue remains open throughout. See seating times below:

December - January:
Tuesday - Saturday: 11am-11:30am and 2pm-2:45pm and 5:45-6:30pm and 8pm-8:45pm
Sunday: 11am-11:30am and 2pm-2:45pm and 5:45-6:45pm

February - November
Tuesday - Thursday: 11:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-2:45pm and 5:45-6:30pm and 8pm-8:45pm
Friday - Sunday: 11am-11:30am and 2pm-2:45pm and 5:45-6:30pm and 8pm-8:45pm

Q. Dietary Requirements. Rick Shores is happy to cater for allergies and dietary requirements. Please give advance notice where possible to ensure we can prepare something to suit your needs.

Q. Group Bookings. Groups of 7 or more adults will dine from our $90pp or $130pp set menus. Children under 13 are not required to dine from our set menu and can dine from our kids menu selection. A 10% surcharge applies for all tables of 11 or more.

Q. 2 Pax Reservations. Groups of two typically dine along our side by side bench style seating, with larger groups occupying our tables. As the bench style seating is more limited than table dining, we do find we book out for parties of two relatively far in advance. In the event your large party (3+) decreases in size to a booking of two, we may cancel or relocate your booking.

Q. Oceanside Dining Requests. Waterfront dining is highly sought after. In order to be fair, we allocate these tables based on the date of booking, with those that booked furthest in advance being allocated the oceanside dining.

Q. Gift Vouchers. Vouchers can be purchased online, now valid for 3 years. We recommend making a reservation prior to purchasing a gift voucher where possible, to avoid disappointment as bookings fill up quickly!

Q. Walk-In Dining. We offer walk-in dining in our bar and patio areas on a first come first serve basis, where we also serve the full menu. Please be advised seating here is not guaranteed and the wait time is an estimation. For the best chance, we recommend joining us when we open. A 10% surcharge applies for all tables of 11 or more.

Q. Split Bills. We have a strict policy of a four way maximum split on bills. Larger groups are not permitted to split payment across more than four cards, although we do accept cash payments.

Q. Dress Code. Rick Shores has a smart casual dress code. However, we are on the beach so thongs are permitted. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times, including patio dining.

Q. Running Late? It is the guest's responsibility to be on time for their reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late due to accommodating two seatings per service. If you are running late please do let us know via text: 0433 632 001.

Q. Decorations. Unfortunately, we do not permit balloons or table confetti, as we aim to protect Rick Shores' surrounding environment from waste. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. Surcharge. A 10% service charge will apply for all tables of 11 or more. An additional 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. EFT transactions include a surcharge depending on card type.
