Jake brings his wealth of knowledge of Asian flavours, and experience gained from years working under Andrew McConnell all the way to the Rick Shores kitchen. When he manages to get a break from kitchen duties, be sure to spot him out in the surf.
Taking on the role of executive chef with infectious enthusiasm, his sagacious knowledge of modern Asian cuisine has made him one of the most highly sought after chefs in Australia.
His journey to the Gold Coast has taken him through some of the highest intensity kitchens in Australia, with other past stints in Longrain Melbourne, and The Spirit House in Yandina.

We are closed Mondays.
Bookings are available for groups of any size for lunch and dinner. Please contact our friendly reservations team to make a reservation.
Please note, bookings in our first sitting for lunch (12pm and 1230pm) and dinner (530pm, 6pm and 630pm) have a two hour dining time.
We also welcome walk ins for lunch, dinner or drinks at any point.
For all bookings, please advise us of any dietary or other requirements.
We cannot guarantee specific tables when bookings are made, though we do try to accommodate our guests wherever possible.
Groups of 8 or more will dine off our shared banquet menu.
